@@rowanb7430 I've heard that the UK/Europe Jazz models may not have the same OBD pinout - mine's a Japanese market Fit. Sorry about that. Are you having a specific issue with your transmission?

It calibrates the feedback signal from the start clutch to the PCM, and should be performed following battery disconnection or replacing/overhauling the transmission. It's a suggested procedure in case of the juddering that these CVTs are notorious for, but also flaring or erratic engine speed, shock, lack of engine braking, problems creeping, or CVT stall speed being out of spec. Sorry, I'm not sure how model- or region-specific it is. If your Honda has a CVT from around the early 2000s, I guess it might use the same TCM/PCM and work the same. I believe the City, Fit/Jazz, Civic, and Logo use essentially the same CVT. Mine is a Japanese 2006 model.

It might help. What I really found beneficial was a combination of: - Burnishing the start clutch by performing a CVT stall test (www.hondafitjazz.com/manual/a00/html/92/saa2e92e15117656881feat00.html) - Replacing the transmission fluid (use only Honda CVTF) - Injecting Xado Revitalizant EX120 for Automatic Transmission into the transmission fluid

Note also the procedure for checking the CVT fluid level: www.hondafitjazz.com/manual/a00/html/02/saa2e02e15100013001maat00.html Ignore any mention of ATF-Z1 - use the newer CVTF instead.

The timing can be a bit tricky: you need to move through the gears briskly but not too quickly. Also note that you need to shift through the gears 3 times in total (the service manual says to "repeat twice", which is unnecessarily confusing). Leuchtet es die N- und D-Leuchten zusammen im früheren Schritt? Leuchtet die D-Leuchte normal auf, z.B. während der Fahrt?

Pin4-9 ist gebrückt , meiner geht P-R-N -D-S , mehme Batterie raus für 5 Min und starte dann den Motor danach , also Nach Reset! 3 x mal N D S - S D N und wo ich schalten tue bleibt D immer aus und es tut sich nichts! Hab es mehrmals probiert! Besorge mir mal das HDS HIM und berichte dann.

Ah, interesting - I'm afraid I'm not familiar with the OBD capabilities on the European models. Perhaps there is some way to initiate service mode through a scan tool instead.
