It worked, thanks! Another thing I noticed when I had to program a 2nd afternarket garage door remote, it erased the programming on my homelink and I had to do these steps all over again to restore it.

2019 Ridgeline. worked perfectly. pushing the learn on the opener, then pushing the homelink button in the truck several times is what did it for me. i wasn't getting that from the wording in the manual.

Thanks for taking your time to make the vid. It worked after going to step two. As an addendum, It turned out that my Honda 2011 Pilot's Homelink buttons have very limited range with my new Liftmaster 8550W. The included Liftmaster remote works at 10 times the distance of the Homelink button... which is very disappointing. Anyone know of anything that can boost the operating distance of a Homelink auto remote?

Good advice man. So far the manual for our 2015 Pilot has been wrong on everything. Still can’t get all doors to unlock when ignition is turned off. Have to manually push to let people out. Super annoying
