Great series of videos. I wish I had recorded my Rincon rebuild but I have no experience in filming and was in a bit of a hurry to get the machine back together. It seems like these videos are going to do a lot of people some good because this is a common problem.

I have tried and tried but can’t seem to get enough room between the crank and the timeing chain to get the oil pump chain out. Any help. Also I wish one of the multiple video on this subject that some one actually showed it comeing out I’m so stuck on this

hey Keith! I'm in the middle of also trying to change out my oil pump chain! how did u end up getting the timing chain off?

My oil pump chain is good , torque converter good , I hope when I put all together, my transmission to be good and no warm , you think, he had another problem? Cause before to Remove everything my transmission quad no works , my quad is Honda Trx680 2008

Just remember my main problem was all those o rings were bad

So i put all together but the Engine not started , you know What is the problem ?, i have gas , i have power flash At the sparkplug , but not started

you have to remove the timeing chain adjuster compelety . make sure you mark the chain and spocket for timeing it after you thread the oil pump chain under the timeing chain.yes it can be done

wow well I'll be darned! it sure is possible. I got it off. now I goto order the chain. do you know if it's possible it jumped a tooth on the camshaft sprocket while I released the chain tensioner and got the oil chain off? also I haven't found any bad O-rings :( I am thinking it might be a bad first clutch since it grinds when I try to put it in gear.

+denis gorelyy because the chain did jump clockwise as soon as I released tensioner. the camshaft lobes must have been on the valve springs and rotated the chain as soon as I took tensioner out. but I do have everything marked on the bottom.

ye it's marked, we're all good with timing. do you think that the 1st (low) clutch can be causing it to be grinding when I put in drive? all of my o-rings look good, maybe a little flat. but nothing that looks serious.
