Honda Vision 110: Fixing Faults & Throttle Body Clean.

In this video it's the start of snagging faults for the 2018 Vision 110 that I have slowly been repairing ready for its first MOT test. This scooter is nearly ready to ride again so I'm starting to work through the small issues the scooter has before it goes for the test. I remove and clean the throttle body and also clean up the engine and electrical connectors that lie beneath. I clean up an earth point before it causes a problem and put it all back together.
The 2018 Honda Vision 110 esp featured in this video had lived its life in a damp garage when not commuting through the worst of Scottish weather. The salt had damaged the paint and the whole front end needed replacing due to salt damage.

Thanks Sean, It is very close to completion now. Soon be going to the MOT station and hopefully a clean pass. 🤞

Hi Scootyman, love the video BTW, I am considering a 125 as I live in the south west and would like also to do tours, what 125 would you get, innova, vision, sh, or something different tia

Thanks for your comments. Which 125 to tour on? Wow! That’s a really good question. You have many options. It’s a question of personal priorities I guess. I toured the South West down to Lands End from Farnborough on a PCX with a pair of throw over panniers, a top box and my bedding in the seat. It was fab with the under-seat storage but not so comfy. The innova was great with the same but no under-seat storage. However, the Innova was more engaging with a gear change but the electrics weren’t as good as PCX for accessories etc. it’s all down to what you want. Come over to the Vision 110 Facebook page and chat to us there. We can always link up on messenger and chew the fat on this subject. I’m also in the market for another 125 😉 Best regards

Hello sir, could you tell me from 2017 when you bought the honda vision 110 your experience and your impressions? How many kilometers have you traveled from then until today if it was a reliable motorbike, if it was a purchase that you did not regret and generally that you found positive and negative on the motorbike. I am between honda vsion and sh mode 125 due to the fact that it is water cooled, what is your opinion. Thank you.
