I'm happy to report that while I generally "suck an entire ass" at League of Legends, I'm actually pretty damn good at Baby League of Legends. I was raised on consoles, so being able to move the champion with my left thumb is something I've wanted in League since it first came out. That change alone makes it vastly easier for me to aim, land and dodge skill shots in Wild Rift, and it makes kiting with ADCs an absolute breeze. Then there's the fact that many Wild Rift players don't bother with basic League fundamentals like map vision or wave macro at all, even at higher ranks, so having that stuff already be automatic gives me a leg up even when my opponents have better micro skill. Anyone who's gotten burnt out on regular League should definitely give Wild Rift a shot. It fixes a lot of what makes the original game become tedious and frustrating.

League of Legends skills in my day: "Press 'W' to deal 30 extra damage to target." League of Legends skills now: "Press 'W' after 'Q' during 'E' to activate Challenge Shot and deal X damage when factor Y is a quotient of factor Z but not when X is greater that 100 or less than 50."

Wild rift player here... The Bots in the game are more skilled than some actual players and it's not suprising to get your ass kicked. Great for learning new heroes

The only MOBA i've played is Awesomenauts and i'm fine with that. My main used to be the brain jar medic but then it became monke. Mainly cos one of his upgrades extends the range and power of his laser so he can damage turrets while being out of their range.

As a casual player I can say, I'm having a blast playing Wild Rift, the matches are fast and almost none toxicity, the main problem is the player base, and will always be, but the game by itself is great, very well made, and its gorgeous compared to pc league. If you're looking to have some fun paying league, that's the wai boi! Casually climbing to diamond as support main here.

I gave up on league, but that shortened timer makes it pretty fun
