LA-DI-DA is actually a term referring to a snobbish or pretentious, wannabe manner of speech (it's not commonly used nowadays, so the title also kind of suits the music) :)

FOREVER is the name of the fandom of EVERGLOW so they are referring to their fans in the lyrics

This is probably one of EVERGLOW's best title tracks for me! Also, if you don't mind, may you check out EVERGLOW's B-Side tracks? I recommend Player, No Lie, Hush and No Good Reason! (These songs are some of FOREVER's favorite B-side tracks) ♡♡

What you said about the “la di da” part of the chorus being sort of comforting was exactly what I felt! It’s probably something about the melody and how it resolves, I don’t know, but it definitely made my feel nostalgic as well. tbh I don’t listen to everglow that often but this song is one of my favorites right now 0-0

THIS song have everything, vocals on point, the dance is so innovative, the raps are gold, the line distribution is so fair, the presence!, is SOTY, all the girls have the moment to shine, the bridge!, the outfits omg, the confidence and in the video we have a lot of iconic moments, this is one of the best comebacks of 2020, but I can say it’s the best for this moment, this is AWESOME

Something that I liked about the video is that the black and white segments of the video *heavily* plays homage to the girls of Old Town in the movie Sin City. Onda's black outfit is basically a kid-friendly version of Gail's outfit in the first movie. With the lyrics about them not caring about the haters or what others think of them, it really fits with the attitudes of the characters in the movie. I could even go another layer deeper into the meta of why they are playing homage to badass characters who are *prostitutes* given the cultural attitudes towards women who are idols. They're taking a spin on those negative opinions, saying 'so what,' and dancing on those haters.

so just to clarify, yiren is pronounced iron (이런) and aisha is asha (아샤). i literally have no idea why the company made Yiren’s stage name Yiren and not Yireon, same with Aisha. don’t know why it isn’t Asha Also E:U (the rapper with light brown hair) helped write the song. i don’t know if she only wrote her rap or helped with other parts but it’s always cool to see idols writing.
