Groove is the very first song I heard from EXO and I was immediately hooked (I looked them up after watching D.O. in 100 DMP). I feel Groove has some jazz roots to it and very different from their other stuff. It immediately made me want to hear more from them and I wasn't disappointed. EXO is fantastic.

The harmonies, ad libs, the layers..it's so stisfactory to listen to EXO. And you're right about Kai's voice. It's warm and dark, mysterious and sensual, seductive and dreamy, it suits this song so well.

Yes! Suho's vocals evolved into a quality similar to Chen's in the best way possible, and it's particularly noticeable on this album. On my first hearing he kept making me do a double take 🤣 Suho's best vocals, IMHO, are those on his second album - soft and powerful and sensual and sensitive and gritty and playful.

Yes, now I am a happy GUY. This song is really strange in a good way for me. I think you will experience that feeling that I had. Sometimes you feel like this song was in your mind and brain and you want to return and listen to it. Then that feeling is that Flute part for me. It's like a sign. IDK...
