@@Midnight890 they don't seem too afraid of the high power darts due to Ultra tho. Most of the ultra Springers hit at or a tad over 100 and the ultra dart is a larger projectile than an elite dart. They just seem unwilling to adapt at this point. Dart Zone has to follow all the same toy laws and they don't seem afraid

Nerf lies to make their blasters look good. AF lies so their blasters seem "believable" to the average Nerfer that's too used to Hasbro's crappy blasters' performance. Because, you know? Who would believe a stock blaster can hit 100 fps when they're so used to 70 fps.

Dart Zone wants to make sure that even their lemons hit the range claims on the box

@@captsomeguy1 it's actually really cool that AF Undersells their blasters a little. just incase of unseen shit like the wind not playing nice or the dart not being the best. but the average still exceed their claims by about 20fps, where Nerf oversells their range claims to a comical degree and never delivers.

If you actually looked into the internals of Nerf blasters, then you will notice that Hasbro have been stifling the performance of their Nerf blasters on purpose for years. Doesn't matter if they are the biggest name out there. All that meant is that Hasbro had a good marketing and legal team. They could have given us really good high-performance blaster from the start, but their greed and meddling lawyers held back their engineers' innovations. As a result, foam dart blasters were never taken seriously by any over the age of 10. If you want proof then continue reading what I wrote below. Otherwise, continue being an ignorant fanboy. ================================ For example, they had direct plunger blasters well before the yellow N-Strike line in 2003, yet they chose to go with the inferior indirect plunger system for the majority of their blasters in that line until the Elite blasters came out in 2012. Only then, did they go back to the direct plunger system. Only a few pre-Elite blasters like Longshot and Firefly had direct plungers. Interestingly enough, plunger tubes got smaller after the Longshot came out. Some even have holes put in them on purpose by Hasbro. When you patch the holes up with tape, you get a noticeable boost in performance. Not only that, very few Nerf brand dart blasters when modded can reach the fps range of a modded Longshot. Basically, they could have easily given us Rival level performance any time they wanted, but they chose to trickle out their products to milk our wallets. It's called Planned Obsolescence. This year's Elite 2.0 line is even worst. None of them were innovative and used the same design from the past, but with vastly inferior plastic. Maybe you should do some research before mindlessly defending some greedy corporation.

As I'm not a modder or an avid consumer of dart blasters, don't take my word for it, but I doubt it, save perhaps modding the blaster a bit.

I managed to feed them with the nexus adaptor pretty well but it takes a dozen or so trigger pulls to push the dary into the flywheels, I glued a piece of broken hanger to make it shoot half lengths just fine.
