coming from an Italian family Adam Ferrara is by far my favorite guest so far. That aside Ryan i wait for each podcast from you. no matter the guest it truly gets me through an hour or so of my day where i can just laugh. your stories of figuring yourself out and changing your attitude to better your own life rather than waiting on someone else hits home for me. thank you for what you do no matter how minuscule it my seem.

BY FAR MY FAVORITE EPISODE!!!! my dad passed of cancer when I was 26 2 weeks after my wedding. This one hit home big time and felt sooooo good

Been in a very dark and suicidal headspace lately and this podcast has been one of the very few things that has made me smile. Thankyou

My Dad won a battle with cancer he fought for 2 years. He had been better and then my mom passed the 1st of this year out of no where from liver disease. It helps knowing that it's normal to feel how I do and how these little things can set me off.

One of my favorite podcasts. Keep it up Sickler. Its great to hear peoples stories. This studio is killin it.

This guy cracks me up the past 3 podcast had me rolling. Keep it up

Great chemistry for a podcast, this could have been 2 hours easy. I laughed so hard. Talking about Adam's farther hit me hard. Reminds me of my family, dad and grandfather. The first part about working on cars now was perfect timing for me, I was freezing my ass off replacing a transmission cooler line on my car. Saying you can't check the transmission fluid is NO JOKE, I legitimately had to pull a motor mount, finally found the dipstick and it was bolted down. This was so dealerships can be the only ones to service. Also specialized fluid, the dealerships charge $22/quart plus $200/hr. Plus parts at $300. Yes I spent 30 hours on this project, but saved around $900 and had to get the job done. The newer the car the more difficult to work on. My 91 Jeep I can pretty much fix on the side of the road with basic tools I'm thankful my Dad, grandfather and friends were handy and taught me to work with my hands. My grandfather had me working with bandsaws standing on a milk crate at 5yr old. But losing those my grandfather and my Dad was something that I never thought about what I wished I could ask them today. Adam saying his father was always trying to protect his mom, and giving his kids a better life. That was something that sounds like a my family. This was such an amazing interview.

I have been an Adam fan for 5 years and have seen him live two times in San Francisco with my twin sister. We lost our dad 16 years ago he was born and raised in San Francisco. Then lost our mom two years later We are known by Adam as the twins 👯

On the fear of heights thing I understand because At 45 years old I stress out driving through canyons and deep valleys in the western U.S. never bothered me 10 years ago.
