So Daniel caused an accident by not paying attention, rear ended someone else (100% his fault, esp here in Cali), and then spends the whole time trying to frame it as if he was the victim? I hope he was joking there, because the fact that he still doesn't take any responsibility for the damage he caused tells me he's likely to do the same exact same thing again- after all, it "wasn't his fault". That's the kind of person who rear ends me on my motorcycle because they weren't paying attention, then tries to blame it on- what an ass.
