This video is great. I have watched and programed my unit a few times now BUT when I finish Sadly the mode ONLY shows the option of "Permanent Hold" or just blank or off. What do I need to do to get to the Run Program mode?

It is winter how do i programme it for heat schedule only. I guess since I have it on heat it will follow heat schedule only correct. If I switch it to cool then cool schedule kicks in.

Hi quick question, my old thermostat had a variance of 3 degrees between the temp of when the furnace starts and stops, it gave it longer to run but waited longer to restart, at the moment it starts and stops to frequently, there fore it runs more often but for a shorter period of time, hope this makes sense.

Hey John, i'm having an issue of the thermostat turning on right after it turns off after hitting the set temperature. For example, if the house was at 80 and i set it at 74, it would get to 74 and then turn off and then maybe 3-5 minutes later turn right back on. What is the solution for that? is there a way i can tell it to wait until it hits another temp and then turn on? would appreciate the help!! thank you

Exactly. I’m having the same problem it used to say permanent hold. I somehow cannot get that to appear on the screen anymore. Any ideas

Does T3 not have any way to set up how sensitive it is before starting or stopping? Like 1 degree Celsius or 0.5 degrees Celsius? Thank you!

The program requires setting cooling settings. I do not have A/C, only heat. Is there a way to bypass all cooling settings?

OK, I just found there is a way bypass the cooling settings and just set heating cycles. It is not that obvious, but it is in in the instructions somewhere!

I bought one and mine does not have a prog option. Only Time, Date, F/C. Did they put the wrong one in the box? I looked at the model number on the unit, it matches the model number on box. Don't feel like taking it back to the store.

@@naomivannes8980 I wish I could remember. I know I returned one because we were missing a wire in the wall for it to turn on. I'll have to look at it again. Did you get it figured out?
