They are coding the same as the horn from the pull. Two of the lamps are on the normally closed contacts and the other two are on the normally open contacts, thus why it alternates. I’ll be doing a more extensive demo shortly with a supervisory/trouble lamp & buzzer and a second one of these pulls in sequence!

@@mimi2 correct, it's different. I'd never seen one before either. Possibly older, given the lower number model. I believe both were used on the old "trapezoid" shaped honeywell panels, like the W247A. From what I gathered so far, it shows EOL resistance on normal condition, send codes when it's closed, send trouble only trouble but no codes when it's opened, and also will send trouble upon ending a code cycle, indicating it needs to be reset.
