I watch this channel for inspiration and many of the dishes created make me think of my own Pao Pao and Kun Kun (maternal grandma and grandpa) that we’re amazing cooks and I wished I had the opportunity to record these important rituals. This recipe works as well if you substitute fish sauce or even just salt (1/2 tsp or so) for the soy sauce. You can also use less ginger and replace some of the liquid with mango nectar - and of course plain wine works as well as rice wine.
