He is evil, like me and you its just a perspective thing, to me he is evil, but even i had did some evil shit in the eyes of others that to me was not. Otto its the most human character that ive seeing to this day in a videogame i love his character and i hate him as a person. 10/10

The thing with Otto is that his relationship with Kallen ended on a bad note couse of different ideals and he's indirectly responsible for her death so for centuries he tried to find ways to ressurect her with no success and at great cost in lives(he's killed millions) its how he created Theresa and Kiana but eventually he found a way to change her fate at the cost of his own. The Cube is called Void Archives and its a sentient artifact that tried to corrupt Otto to no succes but instead the became friends in a strange way. It can copy all the strongest weapons to some extent and its what he uses to fight in the video.

Void archives is the first divine key, a set of armaments or tools that use previous era herrscher cores to simulate their powers to fight against the honkai, of which welt's star of eden which controls gravity, kevin's judgement of shamash which controls molecular vibrations which also results in heat and fire, and durandal/ cecelia's abyss flower which can decay amd reconstruct matter, are all a part of. Void archives holds all relevant knowledge from the previous era and can simulate weaker versions of the other keys. It also has an AI which tests its potential user and can act on its own to some degree, which is relevant to APHO, and is also one of the charas seen in welt's splash art in HSR

7:51 its not that he dropped it, that cube was linked to him, and that cube dropping means the link was severed. Its probably from otto severing it himself, or the cube severing it, or both, or from lack of energy required to keep it linked. Several reasons with no canon explanation. Its up to us captains to interpret it however we wish, thats how HI3 story telling goes.
