Avoid these mistakes in Honkai: Star Rail
Have you ever got stuck when playing Honkai: Star Rail? Like when facing Argenti or Aventurine boss in Story Mode? Honkai Star Rail can be very difficult if you ignore these mistakes. Avoiding these mistakes is important even if you are a late-game player with a level 70 account.

yanqing 4 star had me in tears ahahaha Edit: woahwoahwoah. Gallagher way better than bailu in many teams. Sustain + damage dealer + debuff. It's a lot cmon

Gallagher may be a better character but he is not a stronger sustain than Bailu. Gallagher is better because he can be sp positive while also being a good damage dealer. I remember many times were Gallagher could not keep up with enemy damage output and some characters would get killed. Bailu has good healing while also providing damage resist. Not only that but Bailu will resurrect a character that got one shot.

@AzureDrag0n1 idk, I have c6 Gallagher and he's very good also as an healer. He doesn't excel in content such as Pure fiction because the "besotted" state is immediately washed away, but against normal boss characters continue to heal with each attack. So it attacks, it buffs and it heal. While Bailu just heal. Idk I believe right now Gallagher js way better, imo!

Yanqing as 4 star is overestimating Also, imo, Gallagher > Bailu, healing his teammates off his turn can lead to more aggressive plays, not to mention his synergy with Acheron (he debuffs ATK and his Ult counts as a debuff), and soon, Firefly

By who? Random nobodies? I still use Bailu to this day. I mostly bring her out where cleanse is not needed because not every enemy has dangerous debuffs. In those situations she is quite capable and very adept at keeping your team alive. I recall there was one case where my Fu Xuan team kept dying to Sam boss but switching out to Bailu let me beat him. No other changes just a swap out to Bailu over Fu Xuan.

As a f2p player and also an average player, I've never had much trouble clearing any bosses except the big scarab because I had a bad matchup against him, and also as a f2p I have a full 4 5 star team so I dont think this game is THAT bad for new and f2p players.

I don't mention anything about being f2p. In fact, this game is very generous for f2p. But the problem is for new players with their limited resources. You can't build your team to meet the relatively high requirements if you have nothing to invest.

Great video shared every problem i have with game, i have struggled with ever boss during story mode and still struggle clear moc and pf my tr is 66 and dont have any lvl 80 character yet because i lack the resources and when i look at guides to build characters there always something that missing my rng is really worst and on the top of that im a reall impatient person i pull whichever banner is on and build whichever new character i get 😅, and minimaxing in this game is really the worst dont have a single character that is properly build .

I know that feel, I'm doing the same thing on my first Genshin account. Building every character I've got with their team without focusing on any particular team. But at least that game is not too difficult.

As a casual player I really don’t see a problem with the difficulty because most casuals probs aren’t gonna want to do end game content anyway it’s not that important and as for the story difficulty I mean come on just regroup later and try to get better at the game or just farm if you’re under leveled and a little lacking in relics

His argument is that you might have trouble with just doing the story if you are a casual player with no thought on meta. Infamously many people got stuck on the scarab and Aventurine. Usually the answer to these problems is to just bring 2x sustain.

I started 2 months ago. Should I level up Pela? I also pulled for Fu Xuan. The difference is night and day. Thanks for warning me about Lynx. Does the Equilibrium mode affect Story mode? If yes, I'll just stay at E4 for a while.

Lynx can still be worth using with characters such as Clara or Blade. This is because they are durable dps that are meant to take damage and Lynx increase aggro on them so you do not need as strong healing you normally would.

No Tingyun is still really good. Only other character with energy gen is Huohuo who fills the sustain slot and not the buffer slot on a team. Also Gallager way better than Bailu.
