Only for espresso and If the price is not an issue, would you consider buying Lagom p64 over DF83V? I was hasitated between the 2 machines whether to sacrifice nice work flow, reliability over larger burr size(supposed that DF83V can produce cleaner flavor note with nice body)

You can make the Niche faster by cutting a second matching slot in the popcorn-ing disc. Did that a long time ago with my Zero with no issues.

Notice that you almost undid the front burr carrier trying to adjust the grind setting. Do you find that this happens often because the dial is too stiff or was it just not screwed on tight?

I ordered mine beginning on Dec and won’t get it until end of January. I got mine without the drip burr…do you think the drip burr is worth getting?

Can’t wait to see the duo against this. I do wonder though because you said the df83 wouldn’t be as good comparison to df83v but wouldn’t the vertical burrs make a cleaner cup? You wouldn’t have as much regrinding plus you have a pre breaker in the df83v. I think the df83 vs the df83v for light roast would be a great video to see if it is worth the price over df83 gen 2 because you could get the df83 gen 2 with ssp burrs for a tiny bit more than df83v right now
