Could you please please check if your Blind Shaker you have ( Amazon or Webber ) fits in the slot of the catch cup of the DF83V? That should be perfect and give a little more room between the chute.

As soon as I saw Hoon's show I bought DF83V with multipurpose burrs for $1124. You can't beat the price. I have been using DF64 V2 with multipurpose burrs and really enjoying it.

I have pre-ordered 83V with MP burrs so can't compare them yet. But I love my DF64 Gen 1 with SSP MP. Much better than Niche Zero my friend uses. It's capable of 80% of what $3K grinders can do. Looking forward to 83V with SSP MP burrs. Will probably raise the game by another 10%. @@ahmedhrhrah3426

Looking at Timemore 078 but considering this as well. 078 burrs have a greater surface area than the 83 mm burrs.

I hope they address the shifting dial indicator….so that you can calibrate the zero point. When they opt. this, it is probably one of the best home grinder out there 😮

Whats a shifting dial indicator? Do you mean the problem where the zero point keeps shifting by itself?

When you open the grind chamber and screw the collar back on...the arrow shift, because you can overtighn the collar....the arrow then is Not straight. Maybe the term zeropoint was missunderstandable 😂
