Good day Sir...I have a white westinghouse condenser dryer having an error code 33...it runs and stop in 2-3 secs and 33 error code flashes in the display. Thanks in advanz for any ideas/advise.

Hi. E22 on either vented or condenser dryers is down to a oc Ntc on the heater. As you look from the back, it will be the left Ntc, e21 is normally the one on the right

Hi, great video! I have a Hoover DXC10TCER. It’s not showing any error codes but it is not drying. Drum is getting hot but cycle stops before the load is dry. Could you please advise which part may be faulty- thanks ☺

We had the E22 code on our candy Dryer, it was the Heater thermal cut out fuse had blown on the Back, changed and all good , Yay hope that helps someone ,

I have a hoover link hl v8lg-80 and it appears to be displaying the vent error indicator. I've cleaned the vent pipe and the vent hole and the filter on the machine, I have lowered the vent pipe to the correct angle but after a short time into the cycle the machine stops and displays the vent error. There's no information online and it's a second hand machine so I'm not covered by the manufacturers guarantee

Thanks for the informative video. My Hoover One Touch dryer has decided to not turn off, even when the dial is set to off. There are no error codes, but the display panel is completely illuminated. I had to pull power to get it to stop, when I reapplied power it started spinning again and some smoke was visible coming out of the top at the front. Any ideas? Is it worth fixing?! I've never been very happy with it, I've always found you had to press the start button 2 or 3 times to get it going (so not One Touch), as some other people have noted. Many thanks!

The smoke concerns me this could either be from the circuit board a belt slipping or possibly the motor. Hoover heat pump tumble dryer DMH D1013A2-80 . Can you please tell me what is the error code 04 means? Dryer will not stop when in off position and it carrys on running for 5 seconds then E04 appears in the setting screen and is only then the tumble dryer stops but the E04 keeps flushing with broken audible beeps. Hi bud, 1st of all Very thorough videos :) but I've got an issue, I have a hoover candy MOD: DXC9DE-80 Few months ago we had the 'little red bucket' flash on us, came on here seen what you had to say, realised its to tell you to empty the collection drawer. BUT water isn't getting to the collection drawer! Brought and changed the float switch & that black thing left of the float switch! AND the problem persists..... any ideas ? Would be much appreciated 👌

Hi, thank you for your assistance it has been very helpful. I have an E14 code flashing on my hoover dryer. I noticed whilst E14 code is flashing that it does not warm up when keeping it running. Does this mean the there is more issues then just the ntc as you mention in your video?

E14 could also mean that the ambient temperature is too cold for the machine to operate. Ideally all dryers need to be in a room temperature environment

Got a Hoover HLE H8A2DE tumble dryer in October last year and today it flashed up E13 error then on a second try flashed up a E14 error message. Not very impressed as only had the appliance for three months

I don't have an error code but I have lights flashing and English on the screen, if you press either of the buttons below the flashing lights it just changes the language. I have tried turning the machine off and on again, I clean the main filter out after every use and the condenser unit was cleaned out with a hose pipe the other day, the machine worked fine afterwards, the machine is only 9 months old.

I would not mess with the machine if it is only nine months old as you have a guarantee and you need to call out the appropriate engineer who will fix it under warranty. I'm getting no errors on screen the on off not working and and memory not working the others are working on the touch screen before I call some one out is there anything I can do I have so far had two the other one is in my garden I gave up on that one spent nearly £300 I constantly use the one I have and it's now not working 🙏😔

Would it spring up a e13 error if it's kept in the cold? Mines in the shed and it's -5 outside just gone out and turned it in and it's come up with that code

If you have the machine in a -5 environment and it is a condenser dryer they could be all sorts of problems without having the full model number. I am unable to give you what are you 13 hours. If the machine is not turning on then you may have a problem with the door interlock all the printed circuit board there would normally be an error code showing if there was any other fault Glad it was helpful!
