What does h01 mean? Our dryer just seems to come on by itself now and the only way to stop it is by switching it off or opening the door.

I have a candy smart pro washing machine. I have an issue of wifi connectivity to the mobile app. Previously it was working fine. A couple of weeks ago I am facing this issue. Can you please guide me how to run a self diagnostics program in the machine. I tried to run it as you mentioned in the video but it does not work. It may be due to the model difference.

hi i changed on a candy washing machine the door swich and now either i have the door open or close if i choose one from available programm i press the play button lights the correspond light for few seconds and after turn off without fault and it doesnt start do you have similar experience sir or can you advise me something ?

We have a grand Vito condenser dryer, bought it December 2020, we moved house and put the dryer into storage March 2021, then started using it again December 2021, it’s now March 2022, so the dryer has had 6 months use at most. It’s started showing a E14 code, it’s out of warranty so I replaced the ntc sensor and also the heater , it’s still showing the code. I’m now contemplating throwing it in a skip, pointless spending money on it.

I've not had an error code on my candy grand'o vita, but it regularly just doesn't start, or doesn't respond to my touch to start. It can do a load all fine, I empty and refill it, then press start and nothing? I empty it of water, defluff it, clear filter etc. Even turn the drum by hand and open/close door and even turn off, unug and turn on again to fix. Nothing works and end up waiting a day or more before it'll Start to work again. Any advise this drives me crazy. To add sometimes I've licked my thumb to then try and touch start again and it's worked?!?!

Hi there. Candy, the only light working is on Time Remaining with a count up h01, h02, h11 etc with beeps. light on 40 degrees and 400 cycle spin. Nothing else. Won't start either. Nothing in trouble shooting either. Any ideas?

I have the exact same problem. Just counting up h1, h2, h3, h4 up to h24 and beeps forever. Tried everything I can find..

If new paddles are available, they will normally be on the website they normally slide into place but without having your full model number I am unable to tell you the exact technique. Hi there, hoping you can help. I have a Hoover Dynamic Next washing machine with a problem. The display doesn't display an error but instead it shows straight lines around the LCD in a rotating square pattern. Any idea what causes this and how to resolve? Thanks.
