I cried at all this because my pain for Hope And Klaus is more than my heart can take. It hurts so much to see her turn into her father and doubt herself so much because Klaus and Hayley would have never wanted that.

We haven’t recommended legacies because it really takes place way after vampire diaries and TO ends.

Alaric and Caroline (from Tvd) opened the Salvatore Boarding School for gifted children, including their own. Their twins, Lizzie and Josie, lost control of their magic when they were young. Caroline and Alaric realized that there must be other kids with the same problems and they wanted to help them. After Hopes parents died Alaric became a 2nd father to her. He protects her, loves her, teaches her and believes in her. They argue sometimes, but they both love each other in a father-daughter way. The scary looking dude you saw was the necromancer...he is not relevant to their story.

The Frankenstein looking guy is called the Necromancer. Alaric is the headmaster (he was in the vampire diaries. The Necromancer and Alaric are 2 different people

Alaric(pronounce Ah Lar Ick) is the headmaster of the school Hope goes to. He is kind of a substitute father figure for her since her father died, but they clash a lot and he's scared she's going to end up like her father. Plus his own daughters are jealous of all the time he spends with her. The creepy looking zombie man is The Necromancer. He's a baddie in Legacies and basically just has a connection with the afterlife.

Hope Mikaelson -Speechless

Legacies revolves around a school for supernatural children. Alaric is the headmaster. Who has 2 daughters who are witches. (Josie & Lizzie) The only one's left of their gemni coven. You recently watched a video with Kai about the gemni merge. There were also clips of a bloody wedding that Kai destroyed. That was Jo and Alaric's wedding. Jo was Kai's sister. Who was pregnant with gemni twins when Kai killed her at their wedding. Kai did not want the twins born. Little did he know that moments before Jo's death a different witch supernaturally put the twin girls into Caroline to be a surrogate mother. So Caroline and Alaric created this school for their children to be safe and learn how to control their power's. Before Hope's mother died she sent Hope to that school. Which is shown in TO. Many know that Klaus had a deep love and soft spot for Caroline. So when they were building the school Klaus made a huge donation and much money still goes to that school from the Mikaelson family. The main characters of the show are no surprise Hope, Alaric and his two daughters Josie and Lizzie as they are some of the oldest and most powerful. You asked why people don't recommend Legacies. The answer is most of the characters of the past 2 show's that people were attached to are mostly dead now plus many don't like the idea of a seemingly teen drama of a school for supernatural children. There are currently 2 seasons out with the 3rd due to drop the beginning of the year. @JerBear Reacts

That was Alaric.... he was Damon’s bestfriend and elena and jeremys guardian after their aunt died (who he was dating) he had a bad track record of everyone he liked died or he’d die. On his wedding day Kai killed his wife (kais twin sister) she was pregnant with twins. Their coven sent the twins into Caroline’s body for protection. They had the kids and raised them and created the school at the end of the vampire diaries. Now Alaric is basically a 2nd father to Hope. Which is great but from what I’ve seen in the new show it seems as if he spends more time worrying about Hope then about his actual daughters. And honestly the reason I never watched legacies.... and I will eventually is that I wholeheartedly blame Hope for klaus’ death. There was a lot that led up to it and no matter how I see it she is why he and Elijah killed themselves. Although from what I’ve seen of the show it’s good... especially with Lizzie and Josie (the twins).

Alaric is the Headmaster of the Salvatore School which he founded so that his daughters, siphoner witches, Josie and Lizzie would have a safe place to go to school and be with people like them (supernaturals). But before that he was a vampire hunter/teacher in Mystic Falls and there's a lot of history there (including on the other side of the fight with the Mikaelsons who are the villains in the MF gang's stories). He's also been through a lot of shit - lost a lot - his wife was killed on the day of their wedding by her twin brother, his daughters were/are forced to go through a magical ritual at 22 that will kill one of them because of a curse, he's died a few times and come back, he's been a vampire, and he's got a habit of taking in strays that need someone and helping them (Elena and Jeremy from TVD, becoming Damon's best friend despite their rough start, etc.) He gets a lot of hate from some sectors of the fandom because of his iffy relationship with his daughters (it's not great - he's busy with the school, constantly training or on missions with Hope (there's a reason why he takes Hope on these missions and not them, and he's offered to train his daughters too but they aren't interested), and the typical teenage daughter - father disconnect going on where he just - he's at a bit of a loss. His daughters feel neglected and that he likes Hope better than them (he doesn't - he just understands her better than them and they spend a lot of time together with Hope because of the missions they go on which can take quite a bit of time while Josie and Lizzie are doing normal teenage girl stuff). You should watch a tribute for Hope and Alaric...I think it's called "You Know I'm Proud of You" - because they do have a father/daughter relationship that's really good and it's one of the best things about Legacies and that video shows it amazingly well.

The goblin dude is the necromancer and she believed him because he controls the dead and everything so she was scared her dad wasn't in peace or something worse happened to him after he killed himself with Elijah. He meant basically until hope finds peace and forgives herself and pretty much realizes it wasn't her fault he wont leave her and go to peace/heaven. And it was the truth, He found peace and told hope that and said basically she wasn't a mistake and that he hasn't regret saving her once.

Hope Mikaelson is the daughter of the Original Hybrid Klaus Mikaelson and the last living heir to the Crescent pack. She's a werewolf. Alaric is from the Vampire Diaries but is also in Legacies. Alaric is the headmaster of the supernatural school Hope goes to.

Basically at the end of The Originals, Hope was dying, and Klaus had to kill himself in order to save her, which is why she mentions him dying for her. Legacies takes place about 2 years after Klaus died. Alaric was in The Vampire Diaries. He is also the headmaster of the Salvatore Boarding School, which is where Hope goes to school with Alaric's two daughters, (which are also Caroline's daughters). Alaric is like a father figure to Hope, which is why he is in the video. The reason people don't talk about Legacies as much is because although it has some of the same characters from The Originals and The Vampire Diaries, a lot of people dislike it because the storyline is a bit of a mess. Legacies basically introduces a bunch of different supernatural beings into the universe, which were not a part of The Originals or The Vampire Diaries, and a lot of people don't like that. The Goblin creature in this video is one of those creatures. He is called the Necromancer, and he can see and bring people back from the dead, which is why he knows about Klaus. Other than that, Legacies basically tells the story of Hope Mikaelson, Along with Alaric's kids, Josie and Lizzie, as well as multiple other students.

Legacies cgi looked like 1980 claymation.. I usually cant tell if there on a beach in real life or if its cgi.. Im kinda limited that way. So me saying the CGI is bad, Its like 1985 bad the only difference is you cant see the wires.
