Hi Melissa! I'm so sorry to hear that, my stream viewers help me adjust the volume to a point that is comfortable on-stream. I'm playing back the video as well, but I'm not having issues at half volume on the KZfaq video and half volume on my computer. I will leave everything as in unless more viewers report problems. Hopefully you can find a solution that works for you, I appreciate your feedback and apologies again that you are having problems.
