Thank you so much for doing this video. I have been carnivore for 4 years but still struggle with migraines. I really feel like it has to do with the barometric pressure which I can't control but I keep trying

Staying adequately hydrated is super important in your health journey. I too put on weight.. however, my weight was muscle..but I lift weights 4 to 5 times in a rolling 7... Here is what is most important.. YOUR WAIST LINE.. My waist went from 34 to 28 3/4.. I started with about 37% body fat - I've dumped at least 5% body fat. I'm doing a dexa fit in a couple of weeks, so I'll know more accurately. Here's a tip: *Maybe dont focus so much on weight factor but rather focus on unwanted body fat;* the important weight loss will be from that change. Remember muscle is far more dense and will weigh more.... Ladies.. put on as much lean muscle as you can.. I'm not saying bodybuilder muscle.. that's really not necessary, but muscle looks good, its super sexy and super healthy. Start by eatinging correctly ( I suggest carnivore), and engage in physical activity as you can. Begin your journey with WALKING. Start with 1 mile per walk and build up from there. Find a local gym or buy some home weights and start toning up. Maybe find a good physcial trainer.. and get some tips on correct weight lifting.. so you dont injur yourself and you get the most out of your workouts and time. *YOU'LL BE AMAZED AT HOW GOOD YOU WILL FEEL.*

It's a shame Priscilla won't have a baseline for her thyroid antibodies, its a bigger shame that more doctors dont know to check them 🥺

Htma with a experienced qualified practitioner like Rick Fischer . After 12 years of hell I found out I have copper toxicity. I highly recommend this. I have suffered from insane insomnia, pain, migraines, fibroids, etc I am sevely copper toxic

As copper and zinc use the same pathway, does that mean you’re also low on zinc?

Yes, that is correct. As well as other deficiencies. I am supplementing (working with practitioner on balancing minerals not just replacement ) I am only able to eat unaged ruminant meat, egg yolks, & raw fat. I also have other metal toxicity, mold illness, etc. But since I begin eating this way (even though my diet was very clean before) there is a small light in front of me now:)
