Thank you for your channel! I was 15 years vegan, and vegetarian prior to that. Stubbornly held on for so long trying to heal all my issues (that started getting worse the last 5 years), and have seen a complete turnaround just within a short period of time on Carnivore.

Having had Crohns and Ulcerative colitis, Im really glad you found a proper human diet early enough to live a good life. I had colitis all my life starting in the 1960s. I was vegetarian for 35 years, and finally found carnivore just 2 years ago aged 68. The online resources simply didnt exist for most of my life. , but then the "healthy vegan" didn't either!

I know what you're saying. I was diagnosed with Crohn's later, in my 30s. I never knew how bad the SAD was killing me until I went keto and then carnivore.

People that lose too much weight shouldn’t necessarily start eating rice. Up the protein and eat more. Increasing protein substantially should make the weight stable, just some protein snacks or an extra meal did it for me.

The vegetarian myth book helped me to understand more and change my ethically thinking of vegetarianism and veganism. So when I changed from Paleo to carnivore it was easier and did not have issues.

There is this Ethiopian woman, Muluwork Ambaw who claims she hasn't eaten anything for 16 years. I bet she's a carnivore, then she could easily fast for as long as people are visiting her. ;-)

Losing too much weight on the carnivore diet? What that means..is he's not intaking enough calories from the sources.. He should be uping his meat intake.. along with good fats. Rice is NOT a good option.

Raising and slaughtering livestock is a messy business. In order to churn out enough meat to keep up with demand, meat producers slaughter billions of animals every year. Much of this happens in factory farming situations, where scores of animals are crowded into compact spaces to minimize costs and maximize output. Data from the Sentience Institute estimates that 99% of all farmed animals in the U.S. are currently raised this way.
