I too have weathered life long deepression, but am new to fueling up on animal fat and being strictly carnivore, so I’m still weening myself off of Stimz, stevia, and prescription Add med…thank you for being an example that I can strive towards🙏🏽

@@mocteczumajjpgaytan1653 Make sure to eat enough fat, keep hydrated by drinking beef broth and water with some sea salt in it. Avoid: stress, heavy workouts, fasting, cold showers, p///o///r///n, coffee.....etc to allow your body and mind to recover. You will recover!

Nurse here. We weren’t taught more than one semester of nutrition and then it was the food pyramid guidelines. Went keto at age 54 and doing great at age 60 now.

I’m 47 year old male, super inspired to transition out of one keto meal a day, driving on fumes, and stimulants…too fueling up only high quality animal fat, protein, iodine, and electrolytes…thank you for under lining fat for fuel….🙏🏽

I just want to say something about the diarrhea that a lot of people get on carnivore. If you are suffering from diarrhea on carnivore and you have tried lowering the fat intake and it has not helped, try eating more fat. I had bad diarrhea on carnivore for a long time but the only thing that fixed it was eating a lot more fat. I believe I was eating way to lean and that was the source of the diarrhea.

Things that really helped my sleep: adequate electrolytes everyday, extra magnesium glycinate every night and supplementing extra B1 for a bit.

I went to the purely tallow website don’t they sell soap or deodorant all they have is lotion and face wash and lip balm don’t they sell tallow body soap. Since being on the carnivore diet I don’t stink as much so I only shower three days a week with soap the rest of the days I just get in and rinse off. I live in Arizona yeah I’m rinsing off everyday but soap I only use three days a week. But I can’t use Irish spring or old spice I’m allergic but I found tallow soap here at the local farmers market in Tucson. But I was looking online as well just wondering is she sold just soap. I can afford the organic stuff now that I’m not using as much soap because I don’t stink as much because I’m eating carnivore and not crap like carbs so that crap doesn’t absorb into my pores.

How do you know how much fat you need? I’d like an example 3 days … I’m 49. Five foot 2 and have 25 lbs to loose. I also have ms - been eating Carnivoire (imperfectly but better than when i was keto…. I’m sticking to this WAY better than i did keto…. The cheat cycle is way less frequent now! ). I am doing this to reduce inflammation - but at this point I’m loosing a bunch of hair - i know that I’m under eating in calories and in fat… I just don’t know how to do this correctly. Any good coaches out there?

I am just not a volume eater - and find it really hard to eat a lot. What does 200g of fat look like when someone eats about 2 eggs for lunch ( with cheese and cooked in butter) and has a dinner meal of meat / fish …. And starts the day with coffee and cream ( or butter blended sometimes)?

I dont have a gall bladder. How am i able to get the fat i need without getting diahrreah? I had a TOTAL hysterectomy, how can I balance my hormones?

Great interview! The topic of high cortisol & coffee in the morning is eye opening. Especially when we don’t necessarily know we’re stressed. Should we eat or fast with high cortisol? Thx!

This lady already has enough animal fats as body fat covering her whole entire body. This is a myth that you need dietary fat for hormone production. This is only true if you’re anorexic and your six pack is to shredded and clearly a too lean that it’s not healthy, Carbs FTW!! 💪💪💪
