Kenya Govt has been promising tarmarcking of Garisa-Mandera Road since 1960. It will be good to see it done in my life. KeNHA when will this be completed?

I remember how former Governor Mutua build the 60 Kms Kithimani road in 3 months. Its not a perfect road but it works. I hope you wont take a decade and $Billions of cash to build on what is flat land. This has more hope than the Moyale road which never brought the trade it was intended. Somalia is proving to be a better trading partner than Ethiopia Al shabaab not withstanding.

Constructing on flat land can be costly because they have to raise the road & reinforce it to prevent it from being swept away by floods.
