The 764km Horn of Africa Gateway Development Project which is being implemented in four packages starts from:
Package 1: Isiolo - Kulamawe - Modogashe
Package 2: Modogashe - Samatar - Wajir
Package 3: Wajir - Tarbaj - Kutulo - Elwak
Package 4: Elwak - Rhamu - Mandera
Once complete, this road will enhance connectivity and access to social services for over three (3) million people living in the North Eastern region along the corridor.
