Hornet is by far my favourite character of the game and she deserves the world ♥ Team Cherry, give us Silksong already!
Everything you hear is played with the same violin, then edited to sound like a string quartet (or at least thats what I tried). If someday I learn to play viola and cello life will be much easier hahaha

No solo me impresiona la calidad, técnica e interpretación, que es increíble, sino que no veo que uses ningún audífono ni nada parecido para escuchar un metrónomo o las mismas pistas que ya tocaste, yo sé lo difícil que es grabar cosas y que queden todas las pistas a un mismo tempo, esto solo prueba que llevas años y dedicación con el violín y la música en general, simplemente increíble.

I just want to ask one question. Is there a Cello backing to this or are you supposedly making that off a Violin? I can hear notes being played that are way below the register of the violin. I even used a real violin for reference. Are you dubbing over a string quartet recording or are you playing with a backing track to fill in some areas that the Violin can't? I also see you playing on the D or A string on notes that are below what a Violin can play. Please correct me if I'm missing something. Is one a Viola and I'm just not realizing? Just off what I've seen and tested, I believe you're dubbing over it.

It's edited! Everything is played with the same violin but then edited to sound one or two octaves lower.

@@IAmARainbowSheep jajaja lo sé, si ya me atrapó hace un par de semanas tu cover del tema de Greenpath. Pero es que Hornet es mucha Hornet. Jamás un muñecajo (desde el respeto XD) con tres apariciones mal contadas y cuatro líneas de diálogo dió para tanto. Me pongo estas cosas en bucle porque mi mente vuela y piensa que algún día seré capaz de tocar el violín así de bien 😄

What are your thoughts on Viola? Idk why but a lot of violin KZfaqrs make fun of it but I think it sounds like violin with built in reverb.

I think it's amazing! That deep and warm sound 💜 and the C string 💜💜💜 It's like a huge tradition to make fun of them, not only in KZfaq but also in the world of classical music. I myself do it when I'm teaching but make sure that my students understand that it's a joke and all instruments and their players must be respected!

Hola me alegro de que te guste! Es bien sencillo. En el caso de la viola solo es necesario editar las notas de su cuerda do, ya que el resto las comparte con el violín. Lo que se hace es, con tu programa de edición de audio (yo uso adobe audition) le añades un FX de desfasador de tono y le bajas una octava a esas notas (que tú tocarás con tu violín una octava más aguda, empezando en el do de cuerda sol). Y con el cello lo mismo, tocas las notas que estén escritas pero con el FX le bajas las octavas que necesites (por lo general son dos). Un mínimo de ecualizador y rever y ya lo tienes 😬
