Riding back from a great weekend in Charleston, SC. Listening to SiriusXMU. This song comes on. I look over at my friend. She’s sleeping. Sunny blue skies and light traffic. Perfection. Every time I hear this song it takes me back to that moment.

Brilliant. Heard it the second time on Sirius XMU recently. Looking forward to the CD release. It has a real Velvet Underground vibe. I love the addition of tablature to the video as the music plays. Very creative.

The chords and tabs in the video; nice, creative, cool, different. Sweet song, a little quiet yet powerful lyrics. The music is so relaxed and poetic, kinda sleepy but nevertheless it makes you wake up somehow. The whole piece is a lot original although simple and so elegant. I like it. I think this is a very good song. Isn't this what is art all about?

Of course, VU is my all-time favorite band, and I am not partial to Radiohead in particular, so perhaps I see it this way for that reason. I don't believe so, though ;-) I studied Spanish for five years, but this is much easier than attempting to decode Portuguese. I'm so lazy. Isn't it fantastic to be able to communicate with so many people without much effort?
