This is very impressive how an Elling can navigate narrow canals and go under low bridges. The whole journey has been great to view.

I really enjoyed that, my boat of choice would be an Elling E4, cruising through the French canals is my ambition, you've done both. Well done!!

Nice video! Really! But why the music? The original soundtrack with boat and water noise, brief conversations would have made the movie even more interesting and much better. And yes in a movie editor it takes time to process the soundtrack believe me I know but the reward for all the effort is enormous!

How easy is it to get diesel on the french canals?

we had no problems. refuelled twice. 1x on the river Rhone and 1x just before the canal ' du Rhone au Rhin. in both cases regular boat fuelstations. But you can always use Jerrycans in emergency....

What is the draft of an Elling E4/6.?

Draft is 1.25m the airdraft is 3.50m.

I am not sure about the dimensions of the A6, but I guess the airdraft is way to high... 3.50 m of the A4 is really the max.
