Here we go through some Gymnastic Gridwork Exercises that help improve your horses jumping technique. The exercise includes canter poles, bouncers, single fences and an oxer. To see more on how to set this gridwork exercise up check out part 1.
Before doing these exercises you should warm your horse up for jumping several fences in a row.
This exercise is a gymnastics exercise, so you should not make the jumps to high. It's about teaching your horse what to do with its legs, to snap up its front legs and let out its back legs.
You should always adjust the exercises to suit your horse and you as a rider.
