Rising COVID cases have filled up hospital beds, forcing patients with other ailments to wait in the emergency department for hours - or not be seen at all, said Tracie Neilson, a critical care nurse with Cone Health.

Tracie shared her experiences as part of NCHA's 'Frontline Voices', a series of short videos featuring frontline healthcare workers sharing what it's like taking care of COVID patients as cases and deaths continue to increase.
