Hello, @MovieMania. Of course, it can be used, but you can do a lot more, to "prevent" the pain by means of some easy methods, instead of only "combat" it every time. I'm a nurse, since a lot of years I've been studying the strong menstrual pain and I answer to your question. Its use only "during" the pain is not enough, because the pain becomes only more bearable and it is better to use the rubber hot water bottle following an easy method of progressive thermal stimulation, to "prepare" the body to menstruation, to prevent and avoid cramps, following a description that I can send you. Menstruation never must be a damnation and I will glad to help you to resolve your unnecessary suffering: if you like, write me again!

VEGFOODZ thanks for the quick response I was curious about the jugad 🙂 the older duckback had a hole and ihe design was perfect to drip out the water. This one that I bought still has some water in it after 4 days because the best I could do was to hang it on the back of a chair but it's not perfectly vertical upside down hence the problem ☹️

Baking soda...just fill it with warm water with 1/2 spoon baking soda and let the water be their for 4-5 hours then rinse and dry upside down
