The portaventura hotels are just amazing.

The hotel looks alot more modern in the rooms now, we havent been since 2016 so it's good to see them keeping the hotels fresh

Just got back from a 4 day stay at De Efteling with my wife and kids. We wouldn’t have gone if it weren’t for your videos and we wouldn’t have such wonderful memories that we will cherish for a life time. Just wanted to say thank you and we look forward to doing more parks abroad now

I went PortAventura a few years back with my parents, watching this gave me some nostalgia. Hoping to go back there next year!

Watch out for whistlewide! Basically, when I went to PortAventura, I stayed in that hotel. I went with my dad, Nan, sister, brother and my brother’s girlfriend. My brother is a bit silly. When we went by the pool, my brother kept jumping in to the pool and doing daft things. Once he did a flip into the pool and a lifeguard blew their whistle and we couldn’t stop laughing to we called the life guard Whistlewide from that point on. Later, my brother did a flip into the pool again and Whistlewide kicked him out the pool 😂 you would’ve thought we would’ve been embarrassed (we probably were a little tiny bit) but we all mostly found it funny 😂 even my brother found it funny 😂

I stayed there it was lovely and was so great to have the theme park right next to the hotel and the breakfast is amazing

I went in 2019 and stayed in gold river hotel and I say it was a good choice as I could get to shambala quickly in the morning

I love this place. We got a dog last year because I've always wanted one but since having one I've been desperate to return but haven't been to porta in about 6 years I think it's been. Hopefully we can go back some time. The dog being the reason we can't just travel as easy as we used to

This hotel looks lovely. We’ve booked San Juan in Hotel Caribe in August half board for our Summer holiday. We’ve not been for 7 years and are so excited. Last time we came we did the magic show in salon which is brilliant! I want to try the 5* mansion de Lucy but it’s sooo expensive. Great vlog. Think you need to try all the hotels at PortAventura and do vlogs to compare!

We will be at "port aventura" at the beginning of August. We chose the Caribbean hotel for the second time. Port Aventura brings in our opinion the best compromise between comfort, proximity and price! Be well and enjoy your stay!

Wow your PortAdventura hotel looks completely incredible with all the additional tropical natural theming throughout the resort, Wow look at you guys being in a more prime location of the park with instant direct access to PortAdventura fun park itself that’s really cool, lthe 2 colour coordinated walls along the corridor it has that Coffee shop Cappuccino element effect, I love the different restaurants cafes especially outdoor alfresco dining when the Weather is really hot, I really Hope you all have a great time, oh by the way is your 3day break all inclusive Please Shawn?

A really nice themed hotel, never stayed or visited this park and resort, but did plan to do so a few years ago. But never Unfortunaly got round to that, but one day. We went to portaventura as part of a lads holiday to Salou. I definitely regret drinking heavy the night before and going with a hangover. Not to mention that this was my first theme park and my first ever rollercoaster was Shambala 😂😂💀💀

Get a couple of multi plugs as I find them helpful in hotel rooms with few plugs. It’s a lot better than having to fight over them. we call the power strips here. Try to find some with the surge safety system where you can switch on and off as needed as they absorb the power surge and dissipate it but you switch it back on when it passes.

Nice hotel but always think you best staying in Salou itself. Much cheaper and better for evening life. La Pineda is also fabulous.

Was supposed to go here with my mum, step dad and brothers many years ago now but never got the chance to as a month before our trip my step dad got diagnosed with cancer so we canceled. He passed away 10 years ago. My mother also has cancer now and I would love for us all to go here together finally

Hey loved the video! I need some help though. Me and 2 other friends are thinking of doing a 4 day trip in Spain… Barcelona (2 days) and Portaventura world (2 days). We were thinking of staying the first 2 nights in Barcelona on a hostel on the weekend and then on Monday morning come to Portaventura by train and check in at one of the hotels for one night. Initially we thought of coming back to Barcelona by train in the same day but the problem is that the last train (R17) from Portaventura to Barcelona is at 22:07h which means that we could not stay till the closing hours at 23h to get more night rides. Another idea was to stay at Hostel in Tarragona but after 23h there is not any public transport and its still a 2 hour walk (also Uber does not work there). So we looked into the Park Hotels and we found an option called Hotel Roulette (which randomly selects you a Hotel from the park) at 300 euros for 3 people for 1 night (plus Portaventura and 1 day Ferrari) which is 100 euros per person. If we compare to buying all separate would be 70 euros for 2 day park tickets and if there was a cheap hostel would another 30 a night which would basically be the exact same cost. Now my question is buying one night for the hotel do we get 2 days at both Portaventura and Ferrari (1 day) and if all of us 3 get tickets to the parks? because in the website it barely explains anything! Another question is when do we should we do check in? I was thinking we would have to do it early in the morning like 1 hour before the park opens because we need to get the tickets for that day right?

Wow this looks amazing. I’m going her with two friends in July, and I do have a question. I was wondering what the price is for an all day express pass for the park. I am aware that they have changed the policy for the express pass only being valid for one day instead of being valid for the duration of your stay. I cannot find the price of the express pass for hotel guests, so I would love to know if possible. Hope you have a great time and enjoy the Spanish weather!

My host mom in Madrid had bidets in the bathrooms used by the students and her grandson, then again she did say she spent a few years in Paris-so that could be a reason. It might just be something only installed in homes during a certain period of time so its not really in hotels. Even the hotels I stayed at in France lacked a Bidet (Then again I booked two of them through Hostelworld although they were more hotel-like and were only around 70 a night, one with Breakfast [extra charge] one without)

Great to see the rooms get a makeover, I remember staying here in September a few years ago and my room overlooked the park itself, and overnight I had the entertainment of watching people set up all the Halloween theming! For theme park hotels they're definitely priced reasonably too. Enjoy the stay!

I had literally stayed at the hotel on the 3rd of June!! Must have just missed you. I love PortAventura, however it had been about 2 years since I'd been back and operations on the coasters have gotten terrible!! 2h15 minutes wait for shambhala with the queue line half full.. it's a real shame that they seem to have slipped a little in standards.

We are staying in the portaventura hotel for 6 night and are wondering if it is possible to resort or pool hop? We did a lot of resort hopping in Disneyworld but for the pools you need to scan you magic band. Is this the same in the portaventura hotels? I would like to wander around the other bars and maybe let the kids play in an other pool now and then. Greetings from Belgium and enjoy your crazy full summer!
