Super Chicken Sukka
Ingredients
Chicken/ கோழி கறி - 100 GMS
Oil/ எண்ணெய் - 1 TBSP
Ghee/ நெய் - 1 TSP
Small Onion/ சின்ன வெங்காயம் - 1 Cup
Onion/ வெங்காயம் - 1
Tomato/ தக்காளி - ½
Green Chilli/ பச்சை மிளகாய் - 3
Dry Chilli/ காய்ந்த மிளகாய் - 3
Ginger Garlic Paste/ இன்ஜி பூண்டு விழுது - 2 TSP
Fennel Seed/ சோம்பு - ½ TSP
Turmeric Powder/ மஞ்சள் தூள் - ½ TSP
Chilli Powder/ மிளகாய் தூள் - ½ TSP
Coriander Powder/ தனியா தூள் - 1 TSP
Fennel Powder/ சோம்பு தூள் - A Pinch
Pepper Powder/ மிளகு தூள் - A Pinch
Salt/ உப்பு - To Taste
Curry Leaves/ கறிவேப்பிலை - As Required
Coriander Leaves/ கொத்தமல்லி - As Required
