நாவில் ஒட்டிக்கொள்ளும் சுவை கொண்ட பூண்டு சட்னி . நீண்ட நாட்களுக்கு கெடாமல் இருக்கும் காரசாரமான சட்னி. இதை மட்டும் செய்து பாருங்கள் மீண்டும் மீண்டும் சுவைக்க தோன்றும்.
Mouth-watering recipe for today. Everyone knew that garlic has some medicinal benefits. In today’s video, we are going to bind these benefits in our dish. It can be stored in the long run even without a refrigerator. It can be used as a side dish for idly, dosa, uthappam, chapati. The yummy kara chutney takes a special place, and everyone loves to have it. The hot spicy and colorful garlic chutney is your way to taste, share your comments.
Ingredients
கடுகு / Mustard - 1/4 Spoon
கறிவேப்பிலை / Curry leaves
நல்லெண்ணெய் / Sesame oil - 150ML
பூண்டு / Garlic - 2
சீரகம் / Cumin Seeds - 1/4 Spoon
காய்ந்த மிளகாய் / Dry chilli - 15 to 18
உளுந்து / Urad Dal - 4 TBSP
பெருங்காயம் / Asafoetida
உப்பு / Salt
