only good when melted 😕 which is too bad because I used to love eating the original blocks cold with crackers!

It seems so many vegan cheese brands have changed formulas recently! I used to use the follow your heart smoked Gouda slices on a bagel and pop it under the broiler, but their new formula turns to a soupy mess, it’s really bizarre 🙃

I *miss* the Cheddar Cutting Board Farmer’s Block sooooooo much. I could eat it hot, cold, w/e. LOVED that stuff. The new Cheddar is oddly… crumbly? Kindly grainy, powdery? I haven’t tried it melted yet, but I’m hopeful. 🤞 As an aside, just this month I’ve noticed Daiya, FYH, and Ben & Jerry’s (non dairy) have all changed their formulas. What is going on? Sheesh.

I got one of their new blocks. Suck raw but melted it was fabulous.
