Today we are going to take a first look at a budget fishing rod a reel combo. The Purelure (Pure Lure) Creek Dance and the Soloking Acura Pro (Doviello HICC-50). At the right price points I think both this rod and reel are extremely hard to beat when it comes to a skinny water creek and stream BFS combo that can cast light weights. This rod would be perfect for targeting species like Trout, Perch, Smallmouth Bass and many more.

I think I could fish for everything I want out of the Supercontinent store lol in between crazy craw, polaris and the tanta you can catch pretty much all smallish predators on the river or sea.

Great feeback/info Jacob! If you want to increase the sound/feel of the drag clicker, just wipe it down with alcohol. It comes lubed from factory. removing the excess lube will make it feel (bad) and sound (good) more clicky. I'm yet to find the perfect balance of lube for sound to smoothness.

Oh really! I've only ever tried to fool around with spinning reel clicker sounds. I'll look into that. I prefer loud clicker, quiet bearings :)

As someone that has the Micro monster also I can confirm that you can see while free spooling the brakes from max to 0 working progressively, in the acura pro you get nothing from 2 to 0.

Exbert has the opposite problem 0-6 good and after 6 useless

Same with my pro. Brakes at 4 but can't hard cast the pro. The black knight 2 is a great reel like the silver feather. Both silver feather and black knight 2 both on Delicacy and actually are very close to each other in casting.

Hello Ricardo I got my micro monster today so is the morning I will give it a shot. It free spins better then any of my reels with standard bearings. Going to use 8 pound braid.

i liked the purelure cedan rod better than the tsurinoya dragon 2. both 6'6 10g rods. both rods have the same ratings but the cork on the purelure is better, its a more sensitive rod and i prefer the look more. such a great rod company. for 20 dollars more i think its worth it.

I order the purelure bfs telescopic travel rod (high end one which cost 100 USD) rod which came in damage with a crack reel seat, so I message them, and they sent me a replacement (cost 5 USD) also, came in damaged by the wrap of the eyes. I then ask for refund and got denied due to receiving items already.

What type of fish do you want to target? This will depend on the tackle choice. I have a few options at a few different budgets depending on what fish you will target and what lures you will use.

Check my video on that Cemreo Macans. I tried of yesterday and it's definitely worth the money. Pair that with a Seasir cast X and that will cover you casting 4-22 grams which is you're American 1/8 to 3/4oz

Personally I don't think it is perfect for these 2 reasons. There is a chanve you could get a big big brown that you'll struggle to land, but that will probably not happen because to bigger a big brown you typically need to throw a pretty big lure and the casting weight of this rod is only to 5 grams.
