Thanks to Delaney for helping us demonstrate this cool hole punch station to drill holes. This works much faster than drilling. As you can see this foot pedal operated DIY Hydraulic hole punch was able to easily punch holes in thick steel. Delaney is a rare girl metal worker, female welder, and general female diy maker. The hole punch unit itself is an ebay cheap version of the hougen brand.
The other thing demonstrated in this video is a rivet hole spacing tool. You can buy these online for $25 range. I have links included in the plans that are available on my website.

you got it. It's a DIY set of plans that anyone can buy and build themselves. The whole thing costs $800 to make.

all I see is a steel table, and a spacing jig - So, how did you make the DIY plunger part? is it threaded rod on a motor?

3/16 ? Looks pretty quick Mister Gary ;-) .Needs an angle on rails with wing nuts on each side to hold the tail of the plate down(loosley) as it punches.The punch will live longer. Crisco works good too

LMAO... last video about this 7 yrs ago plans was $3... now a year later (six years ago) it went up by 66%... same plans ... digital stuff ya know, the price of sending emails went up... because he dont send ya a hard copy to justify that postage cost went up. yep, more thumbs down than up is one of the keys' to getting more views... i surely get it! For the longest time I would get very few thumbs down, but i also had a very stagnant channel. Now, thanks to people like you thumbs downing the video, its growing like crazy. You see, whether you pick thumbs down, or thumbs up, youtube algorithm counts it as "engagement" and you get up ranked in the SEO rankings. Thanks Aaron!
