Jerry are you sure the assignment fee in that example is $23k? If you divide the net income $481 by 100, times 2000, this gives around $9k. Unless if you replace the $100 with $40 in cash flow! So you reduced that 100 to get higher assignment fee because the deal was so creative?

Jerry right around 20 minutes you say you are able to get the seller to a 5.5% interest rate for 40 years instead of 30 years at 3.5%. How will the balloon effect work when it pops in 5 years? Won’t that defeat the purpose?

Hey Jerry I have a questions about your 10k Club. So i was looking into it and my google account uploaded my banking information and automatically payed for it which I didnt want. Now it isn’t letting me even use the platform either because it says its an unauthorized payment although I already payed for it. Slightly confused Jerry. The seller financing is 40 years but balloon is 5 years. What good is the 40 years if remaining loan has to be paid in 5 years?

@@FlippingMastery Why is it that everytime I call your support, they hang the phone up.? I have spoke to Diane and Mia and as soon as I startedd asking questions about documents submitted for funding, they hung up the phone and I called back back to back and they are just picking up the phone and hanging up. I have literally called 20 times and they pick up the phone and say flipping mastery and then hang up? What's going on with your support team, do they make it a habit of avoiding people who are going through this funding process, or are they under Instructions to hang up the phone? I need answers and since no one will talk, I will start talking online. This is utterly ridiculous
