Houghtongreen bothy camp, and a Roman Fort ruins.

In this video we park up on the old military road, and walk to Vercovicum roman Fort for a mooch about, then we follow Hadrians wall to join the Pennine way, and cut through a wood to Houghtongreen bothy. I'm joined by ‎@CampingDan85 and ‎@bewleybrothers for our first bothy camp, we get the stove cooking, have a few beers and a great laugh as always. Banging video. The wife said we basically we are grown men having a sleepover🤣🤣🤣🤣 Was a brilliant night,definitely did a cracking job keeping us warm all night,nothing better nice food,awesome company and a few drinks while playing cards. Hopefully we can get another bothy camp in soon. ATB Dan 👍 👍 👍 👍

Cool ruins, must be really cool to be surrounded by all that history. I did some reading about the wall, quite the ambitious project, interesting that on the future a lot of the stones in the wall ended up as road pavers. cute lil bothy!

awesome as always , nice to see you mixing it up a bit , that bothy looked really good , you cant beat a good fire and as for the location that was awesome , looked a nice walk and of course you had great company again
