In terms of dynasty legacies I'd say get river boats then switch to another legacy tree

The family seat is tier 3 atm u should save up and upgrade to tier 4. And when ur son takes over you should try to bring down the obligations for gold and levies by using the friendship u make with your liege.

@JBDGaming Actually no... Been a fan of your playthroughs and was quite interested in this particular custom character background set in AGOT. Actually checked and haven't found anything like this exact setup. It's just a bit slower than I expected. The tournament feature is nice, but in Ned's words, some actual fighting would be grand every now and then.

If it's ok, could you check the world character search and see how you stack up in diplomacy and maybe see all the other stats , martial , stewardship, learning
