The demolition of a SFR built in 1924 and 3 beds 1.5 bath. The demolition was completed by Accolade Construction to build a much larger home.

the cost for this specific house was $20,000 which from what I've seen is on the higher end of the price scale. most companies I know would charge around $10 per square foot or just under.

The land was worth more than the actual house, and while livable it was in bad shape

I enjoy watching these videos I was watching this one and thinking about the sound of some vehicle running and it just wasn't coming to me that all the noise was coming from the water truck maybe next time don't record from next to such a noisy vehicle
