Thank you Val …..I love new builds but it’s not for everyone. Most new builds have no personal space or yards and I find people still want land and a private yard 😃 thank you for your comment, appreciate it .

Hi Doreen that is what this community is labeled as….. I agree although the home was gorgeous I’m not a personal fan of no front yard or no backyard but many people with busy lifestyles that use the home only for vacations or travel a ton for work love it 😊 👍

Why do you consider that luxury? That looks like almost to townhouse community. No front yard no trees. I would hate to live there. Would hate to live there that would be torture.

Hi John thank you for your comment. I believe it depends on your idea and vision of luxury right? This community is labeled as luxury but to me they are also “townhouse” like I totally agree. Not a fan of not having a front yard but some people love that lifestyle and they don’t want that so this is perfect for them ! That’s the beauty about the world we will all have different tastes 😊👍
