I love everything about this house, western style, so cozy I love how the bathroom has nice sliding doors showers, granite countertops with lots of cabinets, and the walk-in closet in the master bedroom, is this area prone to flooding? Thank you.

The price is reasonable but I think that can be negotiated to lower price if its still available. Thats my ideal house to buy. Why the owner wanted to sell it? That cost $310k which is very reasonable to buy because its bungalow and spacious area plus has house things included . that house should be gated subdivision, its in Tagaytay but if the volcano will be erupted again depending on the direction of the wind then that will probably affect the property.
