This feeling about KZfaq seems to be super common lately with a lot of people I follow. I just want to scream, "you are needed!" to all of you. So many of you are relatable & are almost like friends, and you have no idea how much just your face & voice can lift someone's day! I love your channel & hope you know how much you're appreciated! Also, your makeup is cute! I love the simple-ish eye look!

I have 100% felt the same way after having my third. We moved to a new city right after I had her and I was so focused on making sure my older kids were coping well with the move that I got lost in the process. I have since been to therapy, but it made me feel a lot less alone to hear you went through having a lot of the same feelings 💕

I’ve been watching you for about 5 years now and it’s crazy for me to say that lol because that’s along time. I’m 26 from Arizona with a 5 year old daughter too. And I found you from Megs channel and i kept watching you because we had stuff in common and I was just starting to wear a full face of makeup 💄 because I had only worn eyeliner and mascara and sometimes eyeshadow before watching you and Meg. But you really help me start wearing makeup with your awesome starting makeup videos . I love how real and honest you are and trying to help others. You are so awesome and I hope you stay on KZfaq for along time because we need more honest and real KZfaqrs like yourself and not people only looking for money. Kait I swear I connect with you on so many levels, like your my soul mate ☺️ ! I feel you on every single level of all you are speaking of. The postpartum depression, omg my daughter is 4 and I feel that , I’ve let myself go and had difficulty with my relationship . I’ve had to cut family off . God bless you guys always and I wish many blessing your way . I’m so happy for your future plans and working on yourself so proud of you girl .I’m so excited and so happy for you.

I love you kait! You’re one of my fav KZfaqrs!💗 I will say when I did my life style change a few years ago it was 80% diet and 20 % gym I did the 21 day fix and just used the containers they gave you as portion control sizes and that helped me out A LOT! I didn’t even do the home work outs it came with i just strictly did the diet/life style change. And a few months later I started to incorporate the gym. I honestly did cardio.. I would use the treadmill and do a high incline and I didn’t run I suck at running! I just did fast walking and it helped! I did some arm weights and that’s about it. Even just walking 30 minutes a day helps too. I also meal prepped my dinners for the week on Sundays and only ate what I packed/made! If you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask! You got this girl. You’re beautiful inside and out and you have to do what’s best for you! As being in the medical field health as my career it’s def super important to stay healthy and get on the right track with that! Baby steps. 💗💗💗

Thank you so much love!! YES!! It's crazy how simple changes can make the biggest difference!! Idk why I didn't do any of this sooner. I've heard awesome things about the 21 day fix!! I suck at running too, so I usually do the same thing. I attempt to run for as long as I can but 90% of the cardio workouts I do are fast walking at a steep incline!! Thank you again for the encouragement!! It sounds like you're doing AWESOME!! So proud of you, baby steps are what it's all about!! 💗💗💗

It's tough cutting toxic people out of your life for sure! Had a 'friend' for almost 25 years, and she was far from uplifting. She would put me down, make me feel stupid, embarassed me in front of people, very ungrateful and took me for granted. It even went so far as putting my faith down and often voiced how her faith was superior (Not that it matters, but I'm Baptist and she's a Jehovas'. Not firing any shots, her whole family has that mind set, and I'm aware not all of you are that way) Expressing my conserns? She took blame for nothing and was always in the right. I stuck around because she had pretty much no friends and I was guilted into staying, but that's not an excuse in the end. I cut ties permanently 2 years ago and doing so much better, but I was diagnosed with PTSD and I will be on anxiety medication for a very long time as well as therapy. It's my fault I let it go on for so long and I own up to that. But for anyone in a friendship or a relationship that is toxic, please please please, I am begging you, get out and keep your faith strong!!

I can completely relate. That's so sad she tried to make you feel bad about your faith too. That is such a personal thing, it should NEVER be compared or made to feel less than. I don't know much about Jehovas, but like you said I'm sure they're not all that way. I'm glad you were able to free yourself from that toxic relationship. Even though it's hard, once its over with.. It definitely starts to feel like the right decision. Sending you TONS of love!! Thanks for watching :)
