House of Lev is officially a Jewish Family. A few weeks ago, we, House of Lev, completed our Orthodox Jewish conversion, marking a new chapter in our lives. Words cannot express how we truly feel. Our hope is that through the videos that we share, you can feel what our hearts are trying to communicate.
This video is dedicated to all of those who have been kidnapped and taken away from their families and help as hostages in Gaza. We are so thankful and happy for those who have been rescued and reunited with their families. Baruch Hashem!!!! May we hear more good news. May Hashem rescue them all!

These r the times when true faith is tested. As I'm sur u know, Judahism does not recruit. They believe u can be good and go to heaven regardless of your religious beliefs. The Rabi have to be convinced that u feel it in your soul and your heart (Lev) is in it.

I was born with a Jewish father and raised reform with a strong Jew-ish identity and then after a very long journey converted Orthodox in my 30s. I can’t imagine though going on that journey as an entire family ! Wow Kol HaKavod and a big Yasher Koach to you and your kids!

I feel you. My girls and I did our conversion August 28th, 2023 and it took 2 weeks for it to sink in. I am adjusting to seeing myself Jewish, but I love every bit of it.

Wow beautiful, welcome to the jewish people! According to what i heard, converts, were the members of other nations who wanted to accept the torah, but only the israelites accepted the torah, meaning that these individuals couldn't be part of God's nation. But God rewards everyone, and those souls come back in the bodies of converts, and finally after 3300 years you made it, beautiful! And may Hashem help, protect and guide you and all the holy converts!

I’ve never heard this, but he’s saying that the souls of converts were- back in the time of the inception of the Jewish nation at Sinai- individuals who weren’t Jewish, but who wanted to accept the Torah. According to tradition, G-d first approached all the nations asking them if they all wanted to accept the Torah, and they turned it down. Only afterward did he approach the Jews, who wholeheartedly accepted. Now, we don’t believe this to be a literal, physical occurrence, but rather that Hashem approached the ministering Angel of each religion. So what he’s saying is that- despite the fact that the ministering angels of other religions made the executive decision to turn down the Torah- the souls of some individuals within those religions disagreed, and wanted to accept it. Therefore, G-d allowed them to be reincarnated and have the opportunity to actually accept Judaism upon themselves, as converts. Which makes them just as Jewish as the rest of us. Again, I haven’t heard this myself, but it’s certainly possible that it’s true, and not at all implying that converts are any less Jewish.

I started my conversion months ago and started meeting with my rabbi. I grew up in a jewish community and feel so excited to finally be part of a people I grew up practicing Shabbat with and such! Rabbi Akiva probably the greatest of sages of the jews, was the child of 2 converts, so very nice choice of name! I would also like to compliment you on the choice of modest traditional hair covering. Hopefully many will start to copy this, especially as a merit for the situation in israel, as the torah leaders in eretz yisroel have recently publicised.
