House of Lev is moving to Israel

House of LEV

House of LEV

Күн бұрын

You heard it right. House of Lev is moving to Israel. We are making Aliyah (To ascend/go up). Our Jewish life continues to evolve. Moving to Israel was always the goal. Hashem just had plans to make things happen a little sooner than we thought. Moving to Israel is a mitzvah that we cannot wait to fulfill. Israel is the only place in the world where G-d's presence is felt and experienced the most. We are looking forward to raising our children there and giving them the most incredible life possible.
We started with the journey to becoming Jewish. Then the journey of our Jewish life. Now, this is the journey home to Israel. We are hoping to share the entire Aliyah journey (as much as Hashem will allow). Buckle up...
THE JOURNEY NEVER ENDS!
We love you all!

I am so happy for you. I am a Jewish-Ethiopian Israeli and despite all the difficulties I will never trade Israel for another country. Even though you will probably be eligible for Ulpan, I recommend you learn some Hebrew to make the transition easier.

Good advice. And learn how to write cursive before you come for Ulpan. I had to teach myself. You will make some everlasting friends in Ulpan.

I don't understand how lsraeI is the home of converts, but not the home of those who are living there. Why they have to be made refugees accross the world for converts from all over to take their homes? Why they have to be massa¢red for converts to live? Why kids have to suffer this unimaginable suffering simply because they were living there? How are they not entitled to their own home, but others are?

Every time I explain that I am Eri ben Gad Igbo African American Jewish tribe person on my dad side and Benin Igbo on my mom side, it opens up an entire discussion about Kibbutz Galiyot. I tell every Jewish person and or family that I am so happy to meet them again after 2k years....I am encouraged by your coming home!! There is a lot going on and it is all from HaShem, so Kol Tov! Now your beautiful story will become a golden thread woven into the fabric of this land. So glad and thankful to have you join us!

I live in Israel. Sooo happy for you. It took us 44 years to get here. Our four children are here too. Our love for Israel pulled us here. BUT you have no idea the depth of the feeling towards the land and people how it will grow. The feeling is quite overwhelming. The life you are giving your children is just beauty of being Jewish, beauty I thst incredible feeling of love for the land that HaShem gave us, his beloved children. My husband and I live here almost 10 years!!! I still get overwhelmed when I see the mountains and land of Israel. But, please be prepared and prepare your children too that moving to a different country with a different culture can be challenging. I am very happy to talk to u about any concerns you might have. This move was our dream. We are living our dream as you and your family will be living yours. So happy for you…and most important welcome home?? 💚

Congratulations on your decision to make aliyah! I visted Israel twice in 2016 and 2017 and I knew that my third time I would be making aliyah. I am in the process of converting to Orthodox Judaism after 49 years of christianity, two years of noahidism (thanks to Rabbi Tovia Singer and Rabbi Michael Skobac) and then Oct. 7th happened. It was like I woke up from a spiritual coma. That day made me realize that I was Jewish. It hit me hard and it still hits me hard with the 130+ hostages, brave IDF soldiers fighting, and all Am Yisrael under attack in Israel and around the world. I pray that HaShem releases the hostages soon and keeps all Am Yisrael safe. I now pray Modeh Ani/Shacharit/Minchah/Maariv/Bedtime Shema, do all blessings, read Tanakh for 1.5 hours a day, read Mishna/Shulchan Aruch 20 minutes a day, memorized the Shema (first paragraph), Shabbat evening Kiddush, complete Havdalah, Shalom Aleichem, Hatikva, Acheinu, study about Halacha, Jewish thought, traditions and customs, learn hebrew, and try my best to do good deeds to others and avoid sin as best I can. The more I study about Judaism, the more I fall in love with it and with HaShem and Am Yisrael. I have already fallen in love with Eretz Israel and can't wait for my conversion to be finalized so that I can be in Israel to help out in any way I can, from picking vegetables/fruits to fighting in the IDF (even though I am over military age, I am willing to fight for Israel). This war could be the beginning of the war of Gog u Magog and Eliyahu and Moshiach ben David could be coming very soon. Your making aliyah is a part of Tanakh prophecy coming true. You are so blessed to be able to make aliyah. I pray that HaShem blesses your journey and your new life in Israel. Am Yisrael Chai!

I am so grateful I be Jewish! I love my shu! I love and miss my family in Israel. I haven’t had contact with my cousins fighting in the war. I just sit by and hope they are safe and will come back safe to my family.

I’m in Tel Aviv. I have been following you for a while. Mazal Tov! It’s five years since I made aliyah from the US. I retired and finally did it. You will be freaked out in the first couple of weeks but then you will see the new life ahead for your family. 🎉 welcome!

Welcome home! Feel free to stop by :) My family made Aliyah when I was a kid. It's a great place to grow up. I have my own kids now and seeing how their childhood is compared to mine at their age - I'm so happy we're here.
