Yup, Aemond may not have wanted to kill Luke but his emotions of revenge and anger would have been felt by his Dragon and then chasing Luke translated to his dragon as a fight and his dragon being so old and war ridden it would just see Luke's dragon as prey and wanting it dead. Even though Aemond may have bonded with Vhagar, Aemond was not mature enough to handle her let alone wise enough to understand dragons. So his actions definitely caused Luke's death and I know it's gonna be seen as an accident, nah he caused it from the start!

this was aemond's decision. putting the blame entirely on the dragons is ridiculous. they did not have to be in this situation. aemond placed them into this situation. no one told aemond to chase, bully and terrorize luke. luke's dragon was going off of his fear and defended them by spewing the fire. vhaghar reacted and killed both luke and his dragon. whether this was aemond's intentions or not (in the book, it was his intensions), it's still his fault who caused this when it didn't need to happen. plus, i remember clearly in episode 7 that aemond said it was done when he claimed vhaghar so, why is he still on this give me your eye mess. aemond should feel remorse cause his actions have consequences and unfortunately, a lot of people will suffer for it.

Yes, Aemond was a punk kid drunk on his rage and dragon-power and allows Vhagar to channel that rage and let it loose on Luke. Then he has the nerve to be surprised at the consequences. In the previous episode, Aemond dares to say he's studied history. He obviously hasn't studied up about dragonriders or dragon behavior. I have to wonder whether Aemond drank too much at Storm's End celebrating his betrothal to a Storm Daughter...

The greens are totally not whitewashed, only Alicent and Aemond in some ways. Aegon, Larys,Otto, Cole - they are worse in the show. While from black team, it's only Daemon that was done dirty in the show, while others were more whitewashed. Not to mention that they didn't include Daeron, the most sympathetic green character

Rhaenyra was obligated, as the king's declared heiress, to have children, and her husband couldn't give them to her. She was between a rock and a hard place. But she definitely should have been more proactive instead of just playing house with Daemon on Dragonstone.

That's not exactly true though. The Andal tradition, and maybe the First Men tradition before it, is that sons come before daughters, but that daughters come before uncles. The Rhoynar rules of inheritance adopted in Dorne puts the firstborn child first, regardless of their gender. The wildlings beyond the Wall chose their King, except even then the Thenns have different rules more similar to those of the majority of Westeros. House Targaryen comes from Valyria, and we don't actually know the traditions of Old Valyria. While Aegon the Conqueror was crowned as king, "[he] often left the day-to-day governance of the realm to his sisters". Aegon seems to have officially adapted to the most common tradition in Westeros, male preference, while in actuality treating his sisters as co-rulers. Aegon had only sons of course, and his son Aenys married his eldest child Rhaena to his eldest son Aegon, and the two had twin daughters. Maegor the Cruel made his dead nephew's daughter his own heir as he failed to sire children. By the common Westerosi tradition, the eldest twin should be heir, as daughters come before uncles, but Aenys' second son Jaehaerys inherited the throne after Maegor died, with Rhaena's acceptance; given the situation, putting a young girl on the throne after the tyranny of Maegor seemed unwise. Jaehaerys and and his sister-wife Alysanne did not agree upon the inheritance, as Alysanne considered their eldest child, Daenerys, to be the heir. Jaehaerys told Alysanne that Daenerys would marry their son Aemon, and they would rule together; again, a clear answer to the Targaryen rules of inheritance is pushed down the line. Daenerys dies, Aemon marries his aunt Jocelyn Baratheon, then dies after fathering a daughter Rhaenys. Jaehaerys makes his son Baelon heir ahead of Rhaenys, against the wishes of Alysanne, and it caused a major quarrel between them. And then it was HotD time, as we see Jaehaerys call a Great Council to chose between Rhaenys/her son Laenor, or Baelon's son Viserys. The lords at the Council chose Viserys. Viserys chose Rhaenyra. So what is the "rules of this world", or rather, the rules of succession of the Targaryen dynasty? If Targaryen succession were to follow the deeply rooted, centuries old tradition of the land they came to rule, then Rhaenys is the rightful heir. Laenor would be her heir, and Jacaerys Velaryon officially Laenor's heir. If Jace, Luke and Joffrey are considered illegitimate, then Laena and her daughters would be next in line. Baela would be Rhaenys' heir, and Jacaerys her King Consort. If the rule of House Targaryen is that the king may name an heir, or chose to let a Council decide (as Jaehaerys did), then Rhaenyra is the rightful heir. It is only if the throne can never pass to, or through, a woman, that Alicent's Aegon is the rightful king. And that would be a new rule more or less exclusive to the new royal dynasty; not of Old Valyria as far as we can tell, and certainly not of Westeros. Nor is it an undisputed rule within that dynasty; Maegor claimed the throne ahead of his nephews, but made his dead eldest nephew's daughter his heir, ahead of living nephews. Even if you don't consider Maegor legitimate at all, House Targaryen didn't show a deviation from common Westerosi inheritance until Jaehaerys was made king, and it was Jaehaerys who put Baelon before Rhaenys, and it was also Jaehaerys who decided that the inheritance could also be decided through a council. So not only is the rule that makes Alicent's Aegon the heir a recent one, it's also disputed as a firm rule by the first king to be crowned due to that supposed rule, when he put the question to the Great Council. The Targaryen dynastic succession is not a deeply rooted tradition, but a recent cluster-fuck of decisions made according to what seemed the best idea at the time.
