This video is getting a bit more popular in the recent few days so I wanted to thank you all for watching! Secondly I'd like to apologize for the quality, which, especially regarding the colours is not looking too good. If you have problems telling the colours apart I'd suggest watching the video on a PC or larger monitor. I am working on an updated and better looking version, however it's taking quite a long time due to me getting a new pc, switching to a new editing software and having to attend university in the meantime. Also I think it would be worthwhile to update the map to use the newer warzone map as that is where the map comes from. You could also show the stepstones war though both the show and book do lack details which would be a issue I suppose

Not really, the knights of the vale didn’t even show up once during the entire war, house tully only entered the conflict after the king’s landing riots and the starks were busy preparing for winter for most of the war. It was really house backwood and their little lord, the graftons fleet in the gullet and the wolfs of winter lead by lord dustin. The great houses were basically absent most of the war…

How can I use the map? I'm not familiar with warzone at all so I don't know how to set colors/download it without the sea routs etc.

I have a form of colourblindness, which would make it a lot harder to work with the colour green.

I think the greatest bad thing is not using the icon color that represent the GREEN and the BLACKS. Also NOT including the Hour of the Wolf? SEVEN HELLS! Otherwise it's ok

Giving The Greens red text and map color and then giving the Blacks black text when the background is black are some of the choices of all time

It's a generic thing giving one side red and the other side blue colours. The reason why I didn't choose to give them other colours was my colourblindness, so I had trouble especially with green. The reason I didn't make the Blacks black was because it was a pain in the ass to change the background to another colour and for the rest to still be visible. Afterwards one is always smarter, which is why I am working on a remake of this with better visuals, however due to my irl situation it takes a lot longer than expceted.

Great video. Another suggestion, which is including circle or even a line from the text box to where each event take place on the map. Very helpful for new fans. Maybe some art like personal sigils of Aegon II and Rhaenyra, or sigils of the house which feature in the event mentioned.

I believe you made a mistake the black are the one who s victorious at the second battle of Templeton with it the entire Hightower army was destroyed

I see your point, it was a strategic black victory, however the Blacks failed to retake Tumbleton. I believe to remember that in the book it was said that it was technically not a Black victory, due to them failing to retake the city, but I get your point and the battle did very clearly have a favourable outcome to the Blacks.

The Dance of the Dragons conclude by the victory of the Blacks as military theater and by the victory of the Greens as political theater but after the Dance, Aegon III purge many greens of his small council and replaced them by a pro black for ended the political theater in favor of the Blacks.
