I'm back with more houses and this time we're looking at the CHEAPEST houses for sale in the highlands. I have a look at some plots of land, some lovely old ruins, and some super cute homes, all for under £200k and in the highlands. Enjoy :)

When flats were being built they were using coal or wood. So it was economical to not heat rooms nobody is in. Holiday homes are limited to number of days to use or they close after the season till when season is over. You must have a permanent address.

Damn I wish we could find places around here for those prices! haha. I think the cheapest property on our island is like $180,000 right now. And that's far north in the middle of nowhere where it rains 300 days a year and you can't grow anything. So many cute places you found too!

Wow! Yeah it's amazing how cheap it is here. It was so much cheaper when we moved here ten years ago but it still throws me off compared to where I grew up

Being Liv that is surprising in such a touristy area especially! Makes me wanna sell my house here and buy on Skye instead 😂😂
